Roasted Hazelnuts

It is prepared by peeling the outer shell of the heat-treated natural hazelnut kernel, making it 5% skinned and reducing the humidity to the desired level in the range of 0.8 – 4%.

It is prepared in single/multiple sizes between 9 – 11 mm, 11 – 13 mm, 13 – 15 mm, 15 mm+ or 9 mm – 16 mm.

It is used in chocolate, confectionery and pastry industries. It is also consumed as a snack.
